Last updated: 2026-09-14
Suzhou Kuaiqing Technology Co., Ltd. respects your personal information and privacy. This Policy explains what KYUHost collects, how we use and protect it, and how you can exercise your rights.
1. Information we collect
- Account information, including your name, display name, phone number, email address, encrypted credential data, and account status.
- Identity and legally required information, including identity details, organization documents, domain contact data, and verification results.
- Order and payment information, including products, amounts, currencies, discounts, invoices, refunds, transaction status, and payout account details you submit for withdrawals. Payment providers process cards and credentials used to purchase services; we do not store their full card numbers, expiry dates, or security codes.
- Service information, including domains, hosting or VPS configuration, email accounts, license identifiers, application configuration, support tickets, and files you submit.
- Device and log information, including IP address, browser and device type, access time, pages, operation records, errors, and security logs.
2. How we use information
- Create and manage accounts and complete identity and security checks.
- Process orders, payments, activation, renewal, refunds, invoices, and support.
- Deliver, maintain, troubleshoot, and secure services and prevent fraud, attacks, spam, and abuse.
- Meet legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from regulators or courts.
- Send promotional messages with consent or where otherwise permitted; you may unsubscribe at any time.
3. Cookies and local storage
We use necessary cookies, sessions, and local storage for login, security checks, language, currency, order configuration, and page performance. Disabling necessary items may prevent features from working. We obtain consent for non-essential analytics or marketing technologies where required.
4. Processors and sharing
We provide the minimum necessary information to vendors needed to deliver your selected service, such as payment providers, domain registries and registrars, hosting and VPS data centers, email and license vendors, messaging and email providers, cloud storage, security, and technical support providers. We require them to process information only for agreed purposes and use reasonable safeguards. We do not sell personal information or disclose it to unrelated third parties except where required by law, for a corporate transaction, or with your consent.
5. International transfers
When you select an overseas node, international domain, overseas email service, or other overseas vendor, delivery may require transferring necessary information outside China. We apply safeguards required by applicable law and provide additional notice or obtain separate consent where required.
6. Retention
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes in this Policy, our contract, and legal obligations. Account and transaction records follow tax, cybersecurity, and dispute requirements; service logs follow security needs; support tickets remain available for support and dispute periods. Web hosting data is retained for 30 days after expiration and may be permanently deleted if the service is not renewed. Anonymized information may be used without identifying you.
7. Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit, credential encryption or hashing, audit logs, backups, and permission separation. No internet system is completely secure. If an incident may affect your rights, we will respond and provide legally required notices or reports.
8. Your rights
You may access, correct, or complete account details in the user center. You may also use a support ticket to request a copy, deletion, account closure, an explanation of processing rules, or withdrawal of consent-based processing. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing or processing needed for an order or legal duty. After verifying identity, we respond within the period required by law, subject to lawful exceptions.
9. Children
Our services are primarily intended for users with full legal capacity. Minors should use them only with a guardian’s consent and guidance. Contact us if you believe we collected a minor’s information without appropriate consent.
10. Policy updates
We may update this Policy for business, technical, or legal changes and will show the updated date. We will use in-app messages, announcements, or another reasonable method to highlight material changes to purposes, processing, or individual rights.
