Terms of Service

1. Account and eligibility

You must have the legal capacity required for your activities and provide accurate, complete, and current account, contact, and legally required identity information. Keep your credentials and verification codes secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and must contact us promptly if you discover unauthorized use.

2. Services and activation

We provide web hosting, VPS, domain, business email, software license, application, and AI services. The order page and product description define the features, configuration, location, term, and limits. Some services are delivered through registries, registrars, data centers, email providers, or software vendors. Activation is complete only after the provider reports success and our system verifies the resulting state.

3. Pricing, payment, and renewal

Display currencies are provided for convenience. The settlement currency, price, tax, and discounts on the order confirmation determine the amount due. Exchange rates may change with system settings. Coupons remain subject to their validity period and conditions. We charge for renewal only when you renew or separately enable automatic renewal. The price available at renewal applies.

4. Refunds

• Web hosting may be refunded within 14 days after successful activation. It is non-refundable after that period.
• Domains, business email, and licenses are non-refundable after successful activation. If activation fails and no service is delivered, contact support for verification and refund handling.
• VPS, application, and other services follow the refund period shown on the order page or otherwise published at that time. Promotional credits, used discounts, and incurred third-party fees may be deducted where applicable.

5. Expiration, suspension, and data retention

• Web hosting may be suspended after expiration. We retain it for 30 days from the expiration date. If it remains unpaid after 30 days, the service and related data may be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
• Download and back up important data before expiration. Suspension or termination does not replace your backup responsibilities.
• Domain expiration, renewal, redemption, and deletion follow registry and registrar rules and do not have a uniform 30-day retention promise. Other services follow their product and provider rules.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use a service for unlawful activity, infringement, illegal or malicious content, spam, attacks, scanning, fraud, cryptocurrency mining, bypassing security controls, or abnormal consumption of network, compute, or storage resources. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate service to protect security, compliance, and platform stability and may preserve evidence or assist authorities as required by law.

7. Domains, email, licenses, and AI

Domain registrant details and eligibility must comply with registry policies, and an availability result does not guarantee registration. Email users must follow anti-spam rules. License use is subject to the applicable license terms. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete; review it before use and do not use it directly for decisions requiring professional judgment or likely to affect another person’s rights.

8. Intellectual property

The KYUHost platform, software, interfaces, marks, and documentation belong to us or their respective owners. You retain rights in content you lawfully upload and authorize us to process it only as needed to provide, maintain, and protect the services. You must have a lawful basis and all necessary rights for content you upload or use.

9. Service changes and liability

We use reasonable efforts to maintain service, but the internet, third-party providers, and events beyond reasonable control may cause interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, or lost data. Our aggregate liability arising from a service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order, except for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or mandatory legal liability.

10. Notices, updates, and termination

We may send notices through in-app messages, your registered email or phone, or website announcements. Material changes affecting your rights will be presented reasonably and marked with an updated date. Continued use means acceptance of the updated terms. You may stop using and cancel a service through the available process, but incurred charges, non-refundable items, and surviving obligations remain effective.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. The parties should first seek an amicable resolution. If that fails, either party may bring proceedings before a court with jurisdiction where Suzhou Kuaiqing Technology Co., Ltd. is domiciled. If the Chinese and English versions differ, the Chinese version controls.
